The tabs at the top link to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tools for judges,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/increasing-language-access-tool\/\">advocates<\/a>\u00a0and <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/avoiding-the-use-of-children-as-interpreters\/\">law enforcement professionals<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seeking to increase language accessibility in the courts and glossaries of domestic violence legal terms in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/glossaries-of-legal-terms\/\"><b>English<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Chuukese<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resources on <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/cultural-responsiveness\/\">cultural responsiveness<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/trauma-informed-courts\/\">trauma-informed courts<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> such as federal law and guidance, webinar trainings, and journal articles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Case studies and <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/covid-19-promising-practices\/\">promising practices<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to help shape your efforts toward building a more <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/knowledge-base\/enhancing-court-access\/racial-bias\/\">racially just<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and technologically savvy court system.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project was supported by Grant No. 2015-TA-AX-K007 awarded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice.
