This process will help you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articulate your purpose in providing meaningful access to services for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) and<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Define immediate and long-term strategies for enhancing language access in ways that fit best with your organizational and community realities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We recommend that you begin this process by assembling a small team of individuals that represent different areas of your organization (administrative, leadership, direct services, etc.). This team will come together three times for sessions that last 1-3 hours depending on how many updates to your existing language access plan are
