This work is critical because it decreases barriers for the individuals that you work with, makes approaching the same resource easier the next time, and decreases barriers for others in similar situations.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"c47 c25\"><span class=\"c1 c26 c40\">This section can help you identify strategies to build greater language access for individuals with LEP in your area.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"c42 c25\"><span class=\"c1 c26 c32\">Systems change is most often a long-term process that requires building long-term strategic relationships. It\u2019s the work of building allies and cultivating champions for change when you can. Multiple levels of leadership are often required to effect change and building strong allies across different organizations, disciplines and systems can enhance documentation of the problem and create greater pressure to implement solutions.
