This week, we are proud to spotlight <a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/about-us\/our-people\/\">Patricia Emmanuelli<\/a> from our <a href=\"https:\/\/esperanzaunited.org\/en\/training-and-technical-assistance\/\">Training and Technical Assistance team<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1183\">As Senior Manager of Community Health and Violence Prevention, Patricia works closely with partners across the country to strengthen how organizations respond to domestic violence in Latin@ communities. Through Esperanza United\u2019s Training and Technical Assistance initiatives, she helps community organizations, coalitions, and service providers deepen their understanding of culturally responsive advocacy and build stronger systems of support for survivors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1359\">Her work reflects the belief that strengthening communities and supporting survivors requires more than services \u2013 it requires collaboration, learning, and shared leadership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1455\">For Patricia, that commitment is deeply connected to the meaning of International Women\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1764\"><em>\u201cI recognize International Women\u2019s Day as el 8M and it represents more than a global celebration. To me it is a reminder of where my roots in the gender-based violence movement began.
