Sergio shares how his experience with Free Arts — a program that uses art as a tool for healing among youth — inspired him to get involved in community leadership. Since then, he has launched youth-focused projects and founded his own marketing agency, which centers on supporting Latinx and historically marginalized businesses.

Through his story, Sergio invites us to rethink leadership through the lens of empathy, solidarity, and collective action.
