Testimonials from Latin@ survivors and advocates

From 2021-2022, Esperanza United partnered with organizations across the United States to grow culturally specific knowledge on how intimate partner violence (IPV) can lead to intimate partner homicide (IPH). We invited organizations from our national Latin@ network that includes domestic violence (DV), sexual assault (SA), and community-based advocates, programs, and organizations. In total, nine organizations from eight states and Puerto Rico supported the recruitment of local survivors and advocates for virtual listening sessions and key informant interviews. Partnering organizations are displayed in Table 1.
