Survivors’ voices heard at last: The Epstein Files Transparency Act

In September, survivors climbed Capitol Hill to demand justice. Now, these brave women are asking all of us to stand with them. Hear their message.

Yesterday, November 18, 2025, our government listened to survivors and passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This law requires that the Department of Justice release all unclassified government records, court documents, and investigative files related to Jeffrey Epstein and his network – all while protecting survivors’ privacy and confidentiality.

Alexander Delgado, Director of Public Policy, leading by example and standing with Survivors on Capitol Hill.

Survivors, allies, and the public deserve transparency. We deserve to know what systemic failures allowed this abuse to continue for decades. We deserve to stand with survivors who shared their trauma, to turn their bravery into action, to make sure what they went through never happens to another child.

Let’s continue to stand with survivors, and demanding our Members of Congress do the same.

As Marina Lacerna, Latina survivor and advocate, says: “This fight for transparency isn’t about politics. It’s about justice, it’s about truth, it’s about healing.”Â
